Welcome to Dough Diaries, where I invite you into my kitchen as I perfect baking bread loaves.
I started baking bread as a bit of a personal challenge. I don’t have much patience, so waiting for dough to rise is not my strong suit, but during a time of massive underemployment and time to kill, I thought, why not try? Plus, it can be difficult to find some of my favorite breads at the store (mainly challah), so the only way to get them is by making them myself.
